Q.  Can I buy tickets at your box office instead of online?

A.  The box office is open 11am-6pm on Thursdays and during all events.

Q.  Can I avoid Ticketmaster fees by purchasing tickets at the box office?

A.  Buying tickets at the box office will save a few dollars per ticket, but there will still be some associated Ticketmaster fees.

Q.  Where do I park?

A.  There is a monitored paid parking at the building on Northside of Euclid, first come first serve. Other parking options are within walking distance of the venue.

Q.  Is their handicap access?

A.  Wheelchair access and parking is available at the venue on the northside of Euclid.    There is no handicap access to the balcony seating. Floor is general admission access unless otherwise noted by seating arrangement.

Q.  What is your bag policy?

A.  No large bags, back-packs or messenger bags. Small purses (12in x12in) are permitted but will be searched at the door. Bags do not need to be clear.

Q.  What is your COVID-19 policy?

A.  We do not have any restrictions in place.  Subject to change based on artist requirements or changes from the Cayoga County Board of Health

Q.  Can I leave during the show and come back?

A.  Re-entry not allowed.

Q.  What are the age restrictions?

A.  All ages to enter, 21+ to drink, unless listed otherwise on the specific event

Q.  Is there a smoking section?

A.  The smoking section is accessible in a gated area after you enter the venue.  No exit and re-entry through front doors

Q.  Can I bring in a knife or gun?

A.  Weapons are not allowed.  If screened at security, you will be asked to return these items to your vehicle.

Q.  What are the ADA(Americans with Disabilities Act) access and services available?

ADA Entrance: We have an ADA compliant entrance for easy access to the venue.

Seating Accessibility: Please note that our balcony areas is only accessible by stairs. If stairs are a concern, we recommend choosing seating options in other areas of the venue that are more accessible. Our staff is more than happy to help guide you to your seat if needed.

Service Animals: Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome at TempleLive. We kindly ask that all service animals remain under the control of their handler at all times.
