What time does the venue’s box office open on the day of the show?
The box office will be open 3-hours prior to doors opening on the show day.
Where can I purchase tickets to a show?
The most convenient way to purchase tickets is through www.LiveNation.com or charge by phone through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
Can I smoke in the venue?
Smoking is not permitted in the venue. There is a smoking section outside under the marquee on 36 St.
How old do you have to be to attend a show?
noted, most shows are an all ages. All patrons regardless of age must have a
ticket to enter the facility. 18 or 21 shows will be noted online and will
require valid ID.
Are cameras allowed at the Masonic?
It depends on each individual artist or
performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and cell-phone
cameras are allowed. Cameras with lenses on them are considered to be
professional-length are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist
has given prior approval to individual. Security will ask guests to leave such
cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at
concerts unless otherwise noted.
Are backpacks or large bags allowed into the venue?
Large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside
the Masonic. A small purse is permitted. To ensure the safety of all our
guests, all bags are subject to search upon entering.
Often times, touring bands come with their own
support. However from time to time national acts will request a local opener.

What items are restricted to bring into the venue?
(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below) o No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. o Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted o No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind o No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers. o No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) o No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind o No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm o No large bags over (10” x 10”), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags o No stuffed animals or toys of any kind o This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management
Where is parking at the venue?
There is limited parking at the venue and next door at the Children’s Museum-average price $20 but does vary from show to show.
How do I reach lost & found?
You may contact the venue at 216-881-6350 for all lost & found inquires.
Is there an elevator to access the Mezzanine and Balcony seats?
No, the venue does not have elevator access to the Mezzanine and Balcony.
Is there ADA seating available?
We have limited ADA seating available for purchase for each show.
Does Masonic have an ATM?
Yes the venue does have an ATM located by the band merch area.
Does Masonic offer coat check?
Yes, coat check is available for $4.
Is there Food & Beverages offered at Masonic during shows?
Yes, full bars are available for all shows and limited concession food available as well.
